What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

 

Do you offer emergency services?

Yes, we accept emergencies on a walk in or scheduled basis.

It is usually best to call ahead if possible.

 

Can I bring multiple pets for a visit?

Yes, we understand this can be very important to our clients! Please let us know in advance.

 

Are walk-in appointments available?

Please schedule appointments in advance, but we can sometimes accommodate walk-ins based on availability. Call to see our soonest availability!

What if my pet has anxiety or fears when going to the vet?

We do have Fear Free certified doctors and understand that many pets experience anxiety. Our team is experienced in helping anxious pets feel more comfortable, and we can discuss options for stress-free visits, including calming techniques and, when appropriate, medications. 

What services do you offer?

We provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, sick visits, advanced diagnostics and treatments for your pets. Please see the service page for a more complete list or give us a call.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, check and credit cards. Credit cards have a 3% surcharge.

 

What types of pets do you treat?

We primarily care for dogs and cats, but we do also treat small mammals, birds, and exotic pets. Please check with us to confirm we can provide care for your specific pet.

 

How do I prepare for my pet’s first visit?

For your pet’s first visit, please bring any relevant medical records, vaccination history, and a list of any concerns or questions. This will help us provide the best possible care for your pet.

 

Can I speak with the veterinarian directly if I have questions?
